Beginning The Home Care Process
Once you’ve decided to obtain in-home care for yourself or a loved one, call
Victorias’ Home Care at
610-544-3037. We will provide you with an initial phone assessment
to determine the services needed. Once an assessment has been completed and services are scheduled to begin, an RN will call for an appointment for an initial visit to develop a care plan. Read through our

Affordable Payments
Paying for in-home care
doesn't have to be an obstacle. We can accept payments from a variety of sources, keeping your out-of-pocket costs as low as possible.
If your insurance includes long-term in-home care, you should be aware if you have a deductible or a maximum out-of-pocket expense. You should also ask your provider if you have an annual or lifetime limit to the amount they will pay. Be sure to specify the exact nature of the home care services you have requested.

Veterans Administration, Community Health Choices (CHC), Options Program and Waiver Programs.
• Private Insurance and Private pay also accepted.
What To Ask Before Hiring A Provider
- Is the agency licensed by the state, bonded and fully insured?
- Does the agency mandate ongoing training of its staff to keep their skills current?
- Will they provide you a written, customized care plan developed with the client and family members? Is the plan updated as changes occur?
- Do they provide you with a written document that states the rights and responsibilities of the client and explains the company’s privacy policy and code of ethics?
- Do they thoroughly screen their caregivers, check references, and perform criminal and child abuse background investigations?
- How are emergencies handled after normal business hours? Is there a separate number that should be called?
